Sika Albania is currently seeking for highly motivated team member to join us as Financial Controller
This is a dynamic, fast paced role for which you will be interacting with all the departments of Sika Albania as well as related parties, auditors, ect.
The Financial Controller is responsible for the planning, implementation, managing and monitoring of all the finance and controlling activities of Sika Albania & Sales Territory Kosovo, leading the finance department and be a sparring partner for the management of the Sika Albania

Your duties will include, but not limited to:
Lead the finance department
Ensure compliance with the local regulation, Internal Control Systems and Corporate Guidelines
In charge of the process of corporate and statutory reporting
Provide result transparency, propose/initiates corrective actions where necessary
Provide management information and strategic recommendations to the Management Team
Train and increase awareness and knowledge related to financial results of the Management
Moderates the process of planning and defining goals
Engages in ongoing cost analyses in the various target markets of the company
Prepares economic evaluation of major investments and acquisitions
Ensures liquidity / tax management and compliance with Treasury and Tax policy
Performs additional tasks requested by the Country Manager and Area Controller
Kualifikimet
Education
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or accounting
Master’s degree in finance, economic, or accounting
Ideally but not required CPA or ACA/ACCA certification
Work experience / expertise (numbers of years of experience, technical skills)
At least 3-5 years of experience in a leading finance position, ideally in an international company
Practical experience in IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)
Significant experience in building a financial organization
