Detyrat

-Generate and qualify leads within the target market.

-Collaborate with engineers, architects, and investors to understand project requirements.

-Create and present technical specifications for building materials.

-Provide product demonstrations and technical support to clients.

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

-Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

 

Kualifikimet

-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

-Proven experience in technical sales within the building materials industry.

-Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.

-Excellent communication and presentation skills.

-Ability to translate technical details into clear and compelling proposals.

-Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

-Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

-Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

-Technical proficiency in building materials and construction methods.

-Sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.

-Strong project management and organizational abilities.

-Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
