Detyrat

-Project Planning and Scheduling;

-Budget Management;

-Team Leadership and Coordination;

-Risk Management;

-Quality Assurance;

-Client Communication and Relationship Management;

-Continuous Improvement.

 

Kualifikimet

-Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business management, construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field is required.

-Advanced degrees or certifications in project management can be advantageous;

-Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

-Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and documentation;

-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients, stakeholders, team members, and other parties involved in the project.

-Clear and concise communication is crucial for successful project execution;

-Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

-The capability to provide regular updates and ensure client satisfaction;

-Great level of written and spoken English;

-Knowledge of the construction US Market.
