Kompania Lindner Albania kerkon te punesoje nje Project Manager.

 

Detyrat

-Plan and implement projects.

-Help define project scope, goals and deliverables, define tasks and required resources, collect and manage project team.

-Manage budget, allocate project resources, create schedule and project timeline.

-Track deliverables, support and direct team, lead quality assurance, monitor and report on project progress.

-Reports on progress as well as problems and solutions to the Management.

-Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project deadlines and evaluate and assess result of project.

 

Kualifikimet

-Higher Technical Education in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of working experience;

-Proven experience as construction manager.

-In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.

-Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.

-Good knowledge of MS Office.

-Familiarity with construction/ project management software.

-Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

-Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

-A team player with leadership abilities.

-Working knowledge of English and/or German language.

-Excellent skills in business correspondence.
